ERP Web App
Full-stack operations platform for a manufacturing company
A manufacturing client ran operations on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. I built a unified ERP - one system covering CRM → sales → projects → procurement → inventory → finance → HR, so sales-to-billing and project delivery live in a single platform.
What I Built
- Architected a full-stack ERP for a manufacturing company spanning CRM, sales, projects, procurement, inventory, finance, and HR.
- Designed MongoDB schemas and REST APIs with JWT + role-based module access across ~90 protected routes and permission-aware UI.
- Built financial dashboards (sales/purchase analytics, outstanding, FY GST) and GST-compliant invoice/PO PDFs.
- Implemented end-to-end workflows: lead → offer → SOI → project → PO → tax invoice → ledger.
- Integrated email/WhatsApp automation, S3 uploads, attendance/leave, and scheduled background jobs.
- Deployed on AWS EC2 with Nginx, SSL, PM2, and GitHub Actions CI.
